Return policy details

We offer our customers a fairly simple and easy return policy.

  • Return of your purchase can be initiated by logging in to your account within 7 days from the time of delivery. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for edible products. Product should be returned in the same condition as on sale. Stitched or Tailored Product will not be accepted. 
  • Once you initiate the return, our courier partner will pick the product from your doorstep and we shall refund the entire cost of the product. For location which are not supported for return pickups, the product has to be shipped back to us by the customer. Please note that shipping charges, if any, are not part of the refund. The entire cost of the product alone will be refunded.
  • All our refunds are in the form of store credits which could be used for your future purchases OR original mode of payment.
  • The buyer is expected to pack the product intact to avoid any damage in transit. The refund will be initiated once we recieve the product back in good quality and in new and unopened condition along with the original packaging.
  • For all returns, would have the rights reserved to take a call if a request for return can be accepted or not. 


Cancellation policy details

We offer our customers a fairly simple and easy return policy.

  • You can choose to cancel your order any time before the product is dispatched (shipped). If the cancellation happens after the dispatch of the order, the shipment charges will be deducted from the refund.
